WebI installed Windows 10 instead of 11 which was on my X16 and the problem seems to have gone away. So I think you are right that it is a Windows issue. Possibly an updated driver that conflicts with the card it is supposed to be for, and my new Windows 10 install hasn't updated that driver yet? Much happier with 10 over 11 in any event.
