WebI feel much worse with my cpap even though my average ahi is now 2.4 per hour, down from 73 per hour before cpap. AHI of 4 per hour is about normal for all. After 4 months of daily usage, I feel like I haven’t slept in 10 years. Since cpap, I have out of control weight gain also. The cpap made my hunger level change somehow.
