WebI come back today and then all of a sudden nothing is sticking to the build plate. I have leveled (using the paper method) many times. I tried slowing down the lift speed to 1mm/s. I bumped the bottom exposure time to 40 seconds from the original value of 28 seconds. I got out the heater, it is now 26 C (79 F) in the printing tent.

Hmmmmm I find it really unlikely that the build plate is warped, the thing is solid aluminum. I couldnt get prints to stick at first and it was due to bad zero-ing/bad leveling. You really need to push down on that build plate as you tighten it. Loosen the leveling screw, hit the home button place piece of printer paper between the bed and screen, hit the 1mm lower then then change to .01mm and lower or raise as needed until there is resistance but can still be pulled out but not pushed back in.
